This course seeks to provide delegates, who may be required to handle food within their work, how to do so safely. This course installs the core concepts of food safety in delegates.
Based in Norfolk we can attend your premises and conduct training on site to suit your operational requirements without the need for staff to travel away to a training venue or you can attend a regular open course in South Norfolk.
The HABC Level 2 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering has been accredited by Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).
This qualification is assessed through a 20 question multiple-choice question examination. The duration of the examination is 30 minutes.
