This course seeks to provide staff, who may be required to handle food within their work, to do so safely. The course installs the core concepts of food safety. Based in Norfolk we can attend your premises and conduct training on site to suit your operational requirements. Alternatively, you can attend our training venue in central Norfolk.
Qualification Details: The HABC Level 2 Award in Food Safety has been accredited by Qualifications and Credit Framework (RQF). This qualification is assessed through a 20-question multiple-choice question examination. The duration of the examination is 30 minutes (course duration 7 hours).
